Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, prepare 2 apple "eggs" by whisking together 4 tsp. of Anti-Grain Apple Egg Substitute and 5 Tbsp. of plant-based milk.

  2. Scrape the apple eggs into your immersion blender cup and add a pinch of salt.

  3. Add the lemon juice or apple cider vinergar to your oil and place in a measuring cup or other cup that you can pour with a lot of control.

  4. Place the immersion blender in the cup and turn on. With the blender running, very, very slowly begin to pour the oil mixture into the blender cup. Pour just a tablespoon or so at a time until all of the oil is incorporated. As you're incorporating the oil, move the immersion blender up and down and side-to-side to ensure everything is fully mixed.

  5. Store in the blender cup, or transfer to another tightly sealed container. Try to use immediately or within 24 hours. Store at room temperature.
