Apple Cinnamon Cookies: Apple flour and Almond flour

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine raw sugar, melted coconut oil, almond butter, and egg in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, stir together apple flour, almond flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Dissolve the baking soda with the almond milk in a separate bowl or cup and stir into the wet ingredients.

  5. Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix well. Stir for about one minute with a spatula.

  6. Add vanilla and chocolate chips and stir until combined.

  7. Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Drop cookies on by the spoonful. Bake at 350 for 9-12 minutes.
