Apple Bread French Toast made with Breadmaker French Bread

  1. Whisk all of the ingredients together in a wide, shallow bowl. Soak the apple bread in the mixture for approximately 5 minutes and then flip. Soak on the second side for another 3 minutes or so.

  2. Add your oil to a preheated heavy-bottom pan over medium heat. Add the first 2 slices to the pan and cook on the first side for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. Serve hot with maple syrup or the toppings of your choice.
