Breadmaker French Bread made with Apple Flour

Plug in your breadmaker (blow the dust off if necessary) and find the "French Bread" Setting. Before pressing the start button, add the ingredients to the pan in the following order.
Water, ghee, eggs, and salt.
Then add in the flours and create a small well in the top for the yeast. Pour the yeast into the well (or follow your breadmaker's instructions).
Press start. Once the dough heads into the knead cycle, you may need to open the lid and help the dough incorporate using a spatula.
After the dough looks like it's achieved the right consistency (it should be fairly sticky) let it do its thing until it beeps.
Remove the pan from the machine and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. After the bread has cooled, turn the pan upside down over a cutting board until the loaf comes out clean. Fish out the paddle (if necessary) and slice!
STANDARD OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: If baking in a conventional oven, follow the same mixing instructions in a large bowl and allow to rise in a 100 degree oven for 50 minutes. Transfer to a greased loaf or baguette pan (the longer and narrower the better) and bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes.
