Squash and sweet potato flour noodles (contains rice)

Fill a medium pot with cold, salted water and bring to a boil.
Place all ingredients listed in high powered blender or stand mixer and pulse until dough is formed
Remove dough from blender and roll into a ball on a smooth surface dusted with the flour mixture.
Use a rolling pin to gradually roll the dough into a thin layer.
Slice/cut/roll into whatever shape pasta your heart desires (I used a pizza cutter to get thin noodle strips).
Separate the peices and place in the boiling pot of water for 4-6 minutes.
Strain and rinse with cold water.
