Pumpkin and Apple Flour Breakfast Waffles

  1. Preheat your waffle iron to hedium low.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together all the ingredients using a whisk or hand mixer and set aside.

  3. Grease the top and bottom of the waffle iron using a pad of butter or oil on a paper towel.

  4. Once preheated, follow the directions of your waffle iron to cook your first waffle. Ours came out the best with about a half cup of batter cooked for 4 minutes on medium/low (4/10)

  5. Remove the waffle using tongs or a large fork and set aside. Repeat until you are out of batter and enjoy!
