Pumpkin Spice Baked Donuts made with Organic Pumpkin Flour

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees and thoroughly grease the wells of your doughnut pan.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together all the wet ingredients using a hand mixer.

  3. Slowly add the Pumpkin Flour and continue to hand mix until thoroughly combined and a batter is formed.

  4. Fill the wells of the pre-greased donut pan with the batter until each is 3/4 full.

  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-18 minutes checking at 10 minutes. They're done when a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Remove from the oven and let rest in the pan for 5 minutes.

  7. After they've cooled slightly, loosen the edges if necessary and flip the pan over onto a cooling rack.

  8. Repeat the process with remaining batter.

  9. Once all doughnuts have cooled, place 2-3 doughnuts in a large, 1-gallon zip bag with 4 Tbsp of cinnamon and sugar mixture. Seal the bag and shake the dougnuts around gently until lightly dusted with the mixture.

  10. Repeat with the remaining donuts, adding additional sugar mixture as needed.
