Directions:
  1. Preheat your waffle iron to hedium low.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together all the ingredients using a hand mixer and set aside.

  3. Great the top and bottom of the waffle iron using a pad of butter or oil on a paper towel.

  4. One preheated, follow the directions of your waffle iron to cook your first waffle. Ours came out the best with about a half cup of batter cooked for 5 minutes on medium/low (4/10)

  5. Remove the waffle using tongs or a large fork and set aside. Repeat for the second waffle and set aside

  6. Stuff with the fixings of your choice. We loaded ours with some fried eggs, bacon, avocado, kale and cheese.
