Sweet Potato flour and almond flour savory biscuits

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl using a fork. Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients. Stir wet ingredients in center, then stir in dry ingredients until a dough is formed.
Remove the dough from the bowl and knead until it doesn't stick to anything other than itself. If too wet, add a bit more sweet potato/almond flour. If too dry, add a bit more lemon juice or a touch of water.
divide into 8-10 small balls and place them onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough to 1-1/2 inches using a small piece of parchment paper.
Bake until lightly browned and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
